Subscriber Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BancAnalytics online customer portal (“Portal”) for the delivery of our Deposit Yield Report (“Report”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Portal.

2. Subscription and Payment

2.1 The subscription to the Portal is invoiced for 12 months and must be paid in advance.

2.2 Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe on the invoice may result in suspension or termination of access to the Portal.

2.3 All fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.

3. Access Credentials

3.1 Access to the Portal is restricted to authorized users with valid usernames and passwords.

3.2 Sharing of usernames, passwords, or other access credentials with unauthorized individuals or entities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of Content

4.1 The Report and all content accessible through the Portal are provided exclusively for your internal business purposes.

4.2 Redistribution, reproduction, public sharing, or providing access to the Report or any portion thereof to non-subscribers is prohibited without the prior written consent of BancAnalytics.

5. Portal Availability

5.1 BancAnalytics will endeavor to maintain consistent availability of the Portal but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

5.2 BancAnalytics reserves the right to conduct maintenance, updates, or other activities that may temporarily disrupt access to the Portal.

6. Data Security

6.1 BancAnalytics employs reasonable measures to safeguard user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.2 You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with transmitting information over the Internet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property accessible through the Portal, including but not limited to the Report, remain the exclusive property of BancAnalytics. No license or rights are granted beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.

8. Termination of Access

8.1 BancAnalytics reserves the right to terminate your access to the Portal for violations of these terms, non-payment of fees, or other justifiable reasons at its discretion.

8.2 In the event of termination, any remaining subscription period will be forfeited without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

BancAnalytics shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Portal, even if BancAnalytics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

BancAnalytics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via the Portal. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BancAnalytics is headquartered.
